Our friend and northern-most listener, Francis Wooby from Iqaluit, makes a very good point in his comment about the important role of “listening” in the PR professional’s arsenal of skills. We overlooked listening in our IPR #34 discussion but we’ll right the wrong in IPR #36.

I noticed that you’ve included a link for Iqaluit in the comment/show notes. Very cool–literally! (Agh, even I just rolled my eyes) Anyway, I thought you might want to consider using http://www.iqaluitonline.com instead. It’s bit broader in scope and tends to be updated more often. In the name of transparency, though, I should mention that I’ve done some public relations work for this site’s creator.
