I liked the communications plan discussion. I&#039;m not sure whether it&#039;s something I&#039;ll ever need, but it still seems like a good thing to know.

As to the difference between strategy and tactics, I&#039;ve heard it expressed this way: strategy is what you plan, and tactics is what you get.</description>
