Rather than having the client phone media directly, perhaps a more favorable approach might be to work with the client to draft an introductory email that they can send out to targeted media while copying copying the corresponding PR contact on the account. In the email the client can inform the media contact that he/she can direct any questions or requests to the CC’d PR representative. Thoughts?

  2. Hi, I wanted to listen to 28th July Episode but it doesn’t appear in iTunes (in the Netherlands) or on this site. Something went wrong with the feed perhaps?
